Brought my four year old for a haircut. She greeted us. Walked away and never came back. An older gentleman walked in and she suddenly appeared. Took him over my four year old. Will never go back.

Just had a haircut. The stylist rushed me thru. Squared up one sideburn. Ignored the other. Asked for eyebrows. Never happened. Sat to get hair washed after another client and was done before him. And ps.... the haircut is a C at best. I will not be returning. Her skills and hospitality left a lot to be desired. Shame because last time everything was great.

My reported 11 minute wait was 45 minutes. I showed up as directed on time. Unfortunate experience.
